Well I have some cute pics of Alessandra and I on our merry adventures this weekend. We hit the Air and Scare event at the National Air and Space Museum on On Saturday. Sunday found us at "The" Playground once more. *Sigh* the best things in life are *free.

I guess today is as good a day as any to wax philosophical about time. It's a bit like one's budget. Those that waste it never really grasp what they have spent, let alone what on. Those that use it to it's fullest have it accounted down to the minute (and are generally annoying about it in practice.) The only people that seem to get to spend it the way they want are the wealthy and the beggars. The rest of us are always racing to keep up with the basics.

And of course time comes up, because an old flame from ... 8th grade (!) found me on Facebook. It's funny to be talking with someone and realize it's been (oh jeeze 2009-1994 + 1 + 4 = 20) 20 years. We're that old? I've been so used to following a 6 year old's sense of time where 5 minutes is a "while", and next week is an eternity.

Ok, laugh at me those older than that. Laugh, but you were the same way at my age. Back in the cretaceous era.

I guess it's also funny in the sense that you never really know who is going to remember you decades out. Nor why. So best to leave a good impression on everyone.
